We have released a new update to 3dpredict/Ab, our tool for ensemble-based antibody structure and property prediction.
This release introduces a built-in reference set of 1000 clinical-stage antibodies, sourced from public databases and processed through 3dpredict/Ab for consistent property prediction.
Discovery teams will now be able to evaluate predicted properties for new candidates within a clinical antibody landscape, supporting more informed developability decisions.

Ideation SAR Slides 2.6 is now available! This release introduces Dataset Templating, a new capability that applies existing dataset configurations to new uploads so endpoints and their settings are ready immediately. This streamlines dataset onboarding and reduces manual setup.
This new version also brings other enhancements to usability and data handling.

We will soon reveal a new update for 3decision, our protein structure repository for data management and analysis.
We are improving its Pocket Similarity Search feature for accurate detection and analysis of similar binding pockets.
The updated version introduces new capabilities for searching, visualizing, and comparing results across structures.
