Fix remove automatically workaround table _todelete

Add ability to setup the temporary folder used by the LiveDesign Connector to allow the compatibility with a kerberos + impersonation environment using the Spotfire preference "TempFolder".

Change the default export data table name to "LiveReport Data" instead of "Live Report Data". Maintain backwards compatibility with previous registered Spotfire templates (if "Live Report Data" table is available it will be used in the gadget).

Add information logs when loading the LiveReport catalog in the "Import LiveDesign Report Assistant".

Ability to configure the loading timeout of the LiveReport catalog in the "Import LiveDesign Report Assistant" (using the same preference than for the export process) using the Spotfire preference "ExportTimeoutInSeconds".

Fix get active marking when no active marking available in some Spotfire template (which previously generated an error).

Prevent error popup to be spamed when no preferences are setup.

Fix issues when a user try to open the "Import LiveDesign Report Assistant" and does not have the right to see the Global project.
