Installation on KNIME client and server
1 - Update the Discngine KNIME Custom Nodes to your KNIME Server
Upload the .zip file to your KNIME Server and execute the following command to uninstall the previous version and install the new one :
sudo -u <your knime username> <full path to knime executable>/knime -application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.director -nosplash -consolelog -u discngine.connector.knime.sbdf -r 'jar:file:<full path to the uploaded update site file>/discngine.connector.knime.sbdf.update-<X.Y.Z>.zip!' -i discngine.connector.knime.sbdf
2 - Deploy the KNIME Custom Nodes to the KNIME Desktop that will create new Workflows
Same as Install procedure, it will show you an information that a previous installation exists and that the installation becomes an update procedure.
Installation on TIBCO Spotfire
1 - Deploy the .sdn to your area using the Spotfire administration tool (see Install procedure for more details.)
